First, the control cabinet maintenance:

1) Maintain indoor ventilation and drying.

2) Regularly check the control cabinet to indicate whether there is power supply, the voltage is 380V.

3) Regular power cut Check the control cabinet components are normal, the wire is loose.

4) regularly check whether the pipeline leaks, leaking.

Second, the pump maintenance:

1) The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the pump should not be allowed to operate for a long time under the condition of gas turbidity.

2) Regularly check the motor current value, must not exceed the motor rated current.

3) Long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear, the unit noise and vibration should be stopped and checked, if necessary, replace the vulnerable parts and bearings, unit maintenance is generally one year.

4) Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean without solid particles. Mechanical seal dry work is strictly prohibited.

5) Before starting the pump should be circling a few laps, so as not to suddenly start causing graphite rupture damage. Seal leakage allow 3 drops / min, otherwise it should be checked.
