Hot oil pump start-up and switching pump steps:
a) Check the pump, motor parts appearance is complete, non-destructive;
b) a good car plate, plus a good lubricant, open the cooling water, base cooling water;
c) lead the seal oil to the pump and dehydrate, preheat the pump well in advance;
d) fully open inlet valve, close the outlet valve, open the exhaust valve so that the liquid filled pump body;
e) start the motor, check the motor temperature, bearing temperature, vibration, with or without leakage;
f) When the pump outlet pressure reaches the rated value, it should gradually open the outlet valve, until the operation is normal, hot oil pump should be operated immediately after the seal into the oil seal;
g) spare pump should be fully checked before starting and preparation before start-up, hot oil pump should be fully preheated;
h) open the pump inlet valve, full close the outlet valve, so that the pump body is filled with medium, the exhaust valve to the gas row of the net row;
i) Start the motor, check the operation of various parts, normal operation, the current is stable, gradually open spare pump outlet valve, gradually shut down the hot oil pump outlet valve
