The RT3-TW series of oil-free vacuum pumps are designed for all kinds of vacuum equipment in the laboratory. It has the characteristics of simple operation, high power, high efficiency, low noise, large flow, etc. It can be used for vacuum concentration and vacuum filtration.

Vacuum pump is an important filtering equipment to improve filtration efficiency and enhance degassing effect. In order to ensure that the filter medium is not polluted, an oil-free diaphragm type vacuum pump is generally used. This type of pump forms a vacuum by reciprocating motion like a rubber film, and the vacuum pressure is generally about 0.08 MPa (single stage). The key to increasing the filtration speed is the amount of exhaust per unit time, that is, the flow rate of the vacuum pump, which is particularly prominent when the filter is large and the viscosity of the medium is high. The service life of the vacuum pump, besides the correct method of use, is mainly reasonable in motor power and design of the vacuum film and fatigue resistance.
