1. See the damage of the peristaltic pump hose from the damaged break. Cause: If the damaged peristaltic pump hose looks like a sharp cut like a knife, it is usually the runner and flange of the peristaltic pump head. Cut off. The reason for this damage is usually because the hose in the pump head is too long. When the pump head of the peristaltic pump is running, the hose is shaken in the pump head and touches the flange edge of the runner. The flange is continuously rubbed and soft. tube. This process of damage can be very fast and usually breaks completely in about ten minutes. Along with the damage of the pump tube, a lot of hose slag is generated in the pump.

Solution: 1. When installing the pump tube, make sure that the pump tube in the pump head is straightened, and there will be no excessive hoses in the pump head. 2. At the same time, a special plastic clamp is placed at the position of the hose pump inlet and outlet near the pump head tube to prevent the peristaltic pump hose from loosening during operation.

This phenomenon is usually caused by the stuck wheel, the surface of the peristaltic pump block contacting the pump tube and the impurities on the wheel and the high speed. After the runner of the peristaltic pump head is stuck, the runner of the peristaltic pump directly scrapes through the peristaltic pump hose, which increases the friction of the surface of the hose, causing the surface temperature of the hose to rise very high and the surface of the hose to be worn too high. The temperature also causes the hose to lose its elasticity. In extreme cases, the temperature generated above 140 degrees may even cause the hose to melt and deform.

Solution: Pay attention to check whether the operation of the peristaltic pump head runner is flexible; pay attention to cleaning the pump head pressure tube surface; appropriately reduce the speed of the peristaltic pump operation.

From the size and shape of the damaged peristaltic pump hose, the cause of the damage: the peristaltic pump hose may carry different liquids, and some liquids may corrode and dissolve some of the hoses. If we see that the peristaltic pump hose becomes brittle, hard, loses its elasticity, discolors, swells, breaks, etc., it is usually caused by the hose being unable to deliver the liquid.
