Is the rated pressure of the hydraulic pump equal to the hydraulic system pressure?
Answer: 1 Working pressure: The hydraulic oil pump outputs the oil pressure when it is actually working, that is, the system pressure established by the oil to overcome the resistance. The working pressure of the hydraulic oil pump depends on the load.
2 Rated pressure: The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic oil pump under normal working conditions, according to the specified continuous operation, that is, the pressure marked on the pump nameplate or sample.
3 Consider that the hydraulic oil pump should have a certain pressure reserve during operation, and have a certain service life and volumetric efficiency. Usually, the working pressure of the hydraulic oil pump should be lower than the rated pressure. For example, the rated pressure of our company's VP variable pump is 7Mpa, the working pressure is preferably not more than 5Mpa, the rated pressure of HVP variable pump is 14Mpa, and the working pressure is preferably not more than 12Mpa.
