What kind of abnormal situation should the centrifugal pump have to stop the pump urgently?

(1) A personal fault occurs during the operation of the equipment or a sudden break of a certain part of the unit.

(2) When the centrifugal pump body or bearing has a high fever exceeding the maximum limit.

(3) The motor running current and voltage suddenly rise or fall below the specified limit, or the equipment is on fire, the motor has a burnt smell, and so on.

(4) The inside of the pump is vaporized and heated or violently vibrated.

(5) There are severe friction and impact sounds in the pump, or move more than 2~3mm.

(6) Failure of process piping and container rupture associated with the operating centrifugal pump.
