Maintenance of circulating pump and make-up pump control equipment

First, the maintenance of the control cabinet:

1) Maintain indoor ventilation and dryness.

2) Check the control cabinet regularly for power indication and whether the voltage is 380V.

3) Regular power failure check whether the components in the control cabinet are normal and the wires are loose.

4) Regularly check the pipeline for leaks and leaks.

Second, the maintenance of the pump:

1) The inlet pipe must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time in the turbid state.

2) Check the motor current value regularly and do not exceed the rated current of the motor.

3) After long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear and tear, the noise and vibration of the unit should be stopped. If necessary, the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The maintenance of the unit is generally one year.

4) Mechanical seal lubrication should be cleaned without solid particles. It is strictly forbidden to work under the condition of mechanical seal dry grinding.

5) The pump should be pumped a few times before starting to avoid the sudden breakage of the graphite causing damage to the graphite. Seal leakage is allowed to be 3 drops/min, otherwise it should be checked.
